Packaging

I understand due to the current supply chain issues it may be the reason you have switched to the very flimsy 'paper boxes', but there is NO reason to overload!!
I received my $25 meal (curbside pickup from store # 540) in one 'paper box' which when I took out of the bag was so flimsy I almost dropped.
I ordered the bacon, mushrooms and cheese chicken with broccoli and rice. I also added 16 blackened shrimp which was in the same 'box' covered with my 'main' meal. By the time I picked the shrimp out from the bacon, mushrooms and cheese that was covering them, there was barely any blackening taste left.
I understand the change in packaging but I find it very, very hard to believe that you don't have a second small 'box' for additional items ordered that are not compatible with the main meal.
Beefs used to be a 'go-to' place but now I feel you're just another franchise, nothing special. If you weren't located across the street from my house, I would probably never eat there. Too much competition out there not to be 'stepping' it up. But, due to convenience I will go back.

iOS 15 - not working

Help please. I updated my iOS to 15 and app opens and immediately closes. I have deleted it and reinstalled multiple times.

This app is laughably bad

I rarely take the time to write App Store reviews. But this app is bad on a whole different level. It's a shame because it may turn people away from an otherwise great restaurant.

It takes like 30 seconds or more to update any change made to your cart. Then it will randomly empty your cart if the screen times out or you minimize the app. Wut.

And for just general nitpicky stuff: You need more customization options. An example would be a text box for special instructions.
